• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Additional restrictions may apply to certain products.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Swimwear must have the original hygienic liner intact and unworn

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Swimwear without the original hygienic liner
• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Final sale items (clearly marked as such)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package the item securely with all original tags
4. Ship to: Rosewe Promotion Store Returns Department, 725 Red Dog Road, Charlotte, US 28273

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
