Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two convenient shipping options to customers worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear items (including Bikini Sets, Bikini Tops, Bikinis, and One Piece Swimwear) must be returned with the original hygienic liner intact and unworn. Swimwear without the original protective liner cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Swimwear without the original hygienic liner intact
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
